Position adjustment during time lapse
Points on recording
The position correction function of the lens is effective for searching for the target cell from above the dish. By viewing the entire cells with a low-magnification lens (4x) and clicking the target cell on the screen, the view point is electrically moved to put the position of the target in the screen center. Each lens can be adjusted so that when the user switches to a higher magnification (40x), the area in view always stays in the center of the screen. This function makes it much easier to navigate and locate the exact area to be analyzed. Additionally, the microscope is able to record video at up to 100 frames per second.
